Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth learning experience and to respect the time and schedules of both the teacher and other students, all scheduled lessons are subject to the following policy:

 

📅 Advance Notice Required

 

Students are responsible for notifying the teacher as early as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Requests made with sufficient notice may be accommodated based on availability.

 

⚠️ Refunds and Cancellations

 

ancelled lessons are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be considered in cases of force majeure or exceptional circumstances beyond the student's control, subject to discussion and approval by the teacher.

 

📚 Lesson Packages and Scheduling

 

Lessons are offered in packages of 5, 10, 15, 20, or more classes. Once a package has been purchased and a schedule has been agreed upon, students are expected to follow their scheduled lesson times. However, when significant unforeseen circumstances arise, lessons may be rescheduled depending on the teacher's availability.

 

⏰ Late Arrivals and No-Shows

 

The teacher will wait up to 15 minutes for a student to join a scheduled lesson. If the student does not arrive within that time, the lesson will be considered a no-show and the remaining class time will be forfeited.
